If you are interested in helping out on the Sequel Pro project, have a look at the Getting Involved page.
We are currently looking for programmers and graphic designers to help out, in making Sequel Pro the best Database Management app on Mac OS X.
Source Code
Instructions for checking out the very latest version of the source code are now available. Download a copy of the Xcode Developer Tools from http://connect.apple.com/ and build your own copy of Sequel Pro.
Nightly Builds 
If you don’t have access to the Developer Tools, you can grab the latest build of Sequel Pro daily from our Build Server.

I’d be happy to run nightlies, though I’m unlikely to go to the trouble of downloading a fresh one on a regular basis if I’m realistic about it.
Would it be possible for a preference to be added that would allow nightlies to be downloaded and installed via Sparkle just as normal updates are? (lots and lots of people have been running Webkit nightlies since this was added)
